8/21/16-
Decided to try and do the blogging thing again. I've been having trouble finding a workout partner in my area so I have decided to hold myself accountable to the world. I will not be posting exact numbers, I'm not quite that ready to open up to the world. But some accountablity as to when I go to the gym you know days where I am super tired and would rather lay down. So as this post publishes I should be waking up and starting to mediate and begining my daily routine. THat is the other thing I'm starting to do, get a daily routine and stick with it.
I was going to to have a book of the month segment, but decided against it for a couple of reasons. My first book that I have sat down to read was "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" by Jack Thorne. It took me about a week to read, there maybe books like that were I tear through them fairly quickly, and there maybe some books or some time frames where I may get a chapter a week done.
I also have begun learning to mediate. It sounds strange to say learning, but it really something you have to allow your body to relax and let do. I have found that at first I didn't like the sensation it gave me only to realize that sensation is like a inner peace washing over me.
I also will blog about my new favorite video game "Farming Simulator 15". My plan is to have a farm that I will run just for blogging purposes and see how long it would take to get up and running to farm level that I wish, possibly with some help from comments and emails.
I'm also thinking of next year making this blog into a weekly podcast of some sort, so there's that to look forward to also.
TLDR
I'm back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the rundown for today is wakeup, mediate, light cleaning, cardio and legs at Planet Fitness, a good 2 solid hours of Farming Simulator 15, where we shall start out planting and harvesting wheat and selling the wheat to upgrade to a sheep farm. We will also buy 40 chickens for the eggs.
Along with exercising I also plan on eating better, so I'll be putting some meal plans online and possibly giving some reviews of some supplements, energy drinks, and energy bars, also recipes to the best of my abilities.
